Delivery area

We currently deliver within Germany. If delivery to other countries is possible, these countries are shown for selection in the checkout, together with the applicable shipping costs and delivery times.

Shipping costs (Germany)

Standard shipping: €4.95
Free shipping within Germany for orders of €39.00 or more.

The relevant amount is the value of the goods after any discounts. The shipping costs for your order are shown in the checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery time

Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days after receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise on the product page. For payment by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay, payment is generally deemed received when the order is completed.

If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the next business day takes its place.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are shipped with a parcel or letter carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking link where available.

If you order several items, they may be delivered in partial shipments at no additional shipping cost to you.

Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report this to the delivery person immediately if possible and contact us as soon as possible via our contact form. Failure to do so has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights.
